Didn’t appear to be any heating throughout. Our room had a portable radiator. Black mould around the bath tiles. Shower head needed descaling. All a bit tired looking. Tv wasn’t connected to internet. Disappointed with the valentine menu choices and we could only get a table at 6pm even though residents. ...
