"I booked this hotel site unseen because it was close to a concert venue I was attending. Right away the buzz in the hotel was positive and uplifting. I enjoyed the social hour at 5 PM and every single employee went out out of his or her way to make our stay exceptional. I had exceptionally good service from Sharon and Taj. I had coffee, wine, and a full breakfast with my daughter the next day. The food was absolutely delicious. Cannot recommend the Southern Benedict enough! The room felt luxurious, and the minibar was well stocked. The bathroom amenities were over the top."

"Good open area, rooms set with privacy in mind. The only issue is the elevators. Out of the 6 they have only 2 work at a time."

"I checked in at Midnight or close to it My wife and I made reservations 6 weeks early.The Hotel assured us that we would get a room on the 5th floor since we requested to be on a low floor.All was fineuntil they told us we was on the 22nd floor.I got that fixed and we were move to the 6th floor in a King Suite.also finding out that there was $54 dillars for parking and 250 for a security fee to be held on your card for any damages. "

"Didn’t spend too much time, we were just passing through the city & booked here to get a few hours of sleep. We did decide to get a drink at the downstairs bar. Employees were super helpful; rooms & all other areas were very clean & well taken care of. Would definitely stay here if we were in the area again."
