「Good 」

「Have stayed at this property several times with excellent experiences. However, there was a noticeable difference in this stay. The entire back wall of the shower had been shattered and patched back together with epoxy. A very shabby repair and less than welcoming. Your beds are comfortable; however they were too high for my mother to get in and out off. When I requested a step stool from the desk you would have thought I had four heads. While checking out I needed to speak to someone in person....

「The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was missing a light bulb; which we were able to obtain from the desk. The room itself just felt like it was a downgrade from a normal hotel room」

Was left standing there on the phone for an hour and a half with my kids in the lobby with me because the hotel apparently didn’t have my reservation in the computer. When I had multiple confirmation emails and called Expedia and they said that my reservation was there on their end.
