"There was a lot to like at this hotel. The property was well maintained to my eyes, the decor fresh and contemporary, and it was clean. The staff was generally friendly, and we got help quickly with a locked door. The proximity to a range of businesses and restaurants was actually quite decent, and it is a quick drive into downtown Ottawa. This one felt like good value for the experience!"

"Classic property with lots of history. Loved the outdoor terrace overlooking the Parliament buildings. We stopped by for an evening tea and when done, we asked for the bill. The server said with a smile, “there’ll be no bill “ - a very classy gesture we’ll remember for a long time. A small concern The walls on the third floor are thin so we could hear entire conversations from the room next door (we were in 365). They happened to talk a lot - late and early - so it affected our sleep and enjoyment of our stay."

"The fillet mignon was excellent choice in the hotel restaurant. It was well to my desire and the breakfast. The next morning was awesome. The Buffy not too expensive either $14 is a good price for what you get at the buffet. I would definitely go back and especially have that fillet mignon in the restaurant"

"Me and my husband stayed for 5 nights. Every day we could tell that the staff takes pride on ensuring that everything is clean, well stocked up and maintained! We had no issues with our room as well as the Continental Breakfast! Will confidently say that this won’t be the last time you will see us Manitoban's!"

"Everything was excellent!!!! The best food, cleanliness, bath, bed, pillows and mattress were super quality! The front clerk was so pleasant and helped us so kindly as if we were the only customers that night and he was busy. The only downfall was the construction zone, which was no fault of Holiday Inn, the city blocked the entrance and we had to travel on the very busy unfamiliar highway."
