"When the heater broke we were given a new room immediately. The staff was very helpful."

"The room was clean. That is a plus. The challenges were. There was a door that led to the pool area. They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)"
