「The staff was amazing, the room was great. The website says there's an airport shuttle - which I was told was WRONG when I called to ask for timing. That was a little off-putting, since I chose the hotel in part for that shuttle. But everything else was tip-top, and I'm happy to have chosen SpringHill Suites anyway. 」
