Arnaqueurs!!!!

Faites vraiment attention car cet établissement a des politiques très abusives. L’enregistrement doit se faire absolument entre 17h00 et 19h00. Et oui, seulement deux heures de disponibilité, une vrai arnaque. Il encaisse ta carte de crédit et ils ne répondent surtout pas au téléphone. Des voleurs!

Lovely chalet for family ski trip

Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop overnight. Didn’t receive any info about checking in - just a link to an online registration which we couldn’t make work. But when we arrived all was fine and the check in process smooth. Staff very friendly and helpful too. All in all a great place to stay.

Bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable au chalet. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé. L'accueil est très chaleureux, le service au top. Nous regrettons seulement que les logements soient assez excentrés du village et quelques petites améliorations a faire dans le chalet (changer la literie qui est passable, changer les luminaires au profit d'un éclairage plus puissant..)

Situation non conforme au plan

Le chalet était très agréable et confortable malgré un éclairage insuffisant dans le séjour. Accueil chaleureux. Le gros problème est qu'il n'est pas du tout situé à l'endroit indiqué sur la carte, c'est à dire aux Esserts , mais à l' entrée de Morillon village à environ 2 km du centre.

Résidence calme & sympathique

Les + : Résidence sympathique & calme. La piscine est très bien. Prêt d'appareil à raclette, à fondue, à crêpes, à gaufres & jeux de société à l'accueil. Les chalets sont assez grand pour une famille, avec deux toilettes, une salle de bain et une salle de douche (pour celui de 72 m2) Lave vaisselle, micro-onde et équipement ok. Abris pour la voiture très appréciable. Dressing dans chaque chambre. Les - : La propreté du chalet à notre arrivée n'était pas au top (mais pas catastrophique non plus, disons que ça aurait mérité un coup de plumeau et d'aspirateur supplémentaire!) Les horaires de l'accueil ne sont pas assez étendues (1h30 le matin et 2h le soir, fermée le lundi, mardi après midi et mercredi toute la journée). Il manque un ou deux fauteuils dans le salon (un canapé 3-4 places n'est pas suffisant pour un chalet de 6-8 personnes quand on veut se détendre le soir) Nous recommandons cette résidence, nous y avons passé de charmantes vacances, coin calme. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Au top !

La résidence est bien entretenue, même si un peu à l'écart du centre du village. La chalet personnes est grand et très bien aménagé. Le wifi gratuit devrait être proposé pour des prestations de cette qualité. Il manque un four dans la cuisine. Pour le reste, tout était au top.

Chalet sympa et grand mais trop loin de tous les commerces et des pistes de ski. Il faut prendre la voiture à chaque fois.
