"Brought the grand kids to fossil rim and to see the tracks. It was jot so thought the pool would be a great evening chill but the water was so cloudy you could not see anything—very dangerous! It was cloudy all 3 days of our stay! The pancake machine was broken all 3 days of our stay as well. Left $5 for the next day cleaner ( kids are 6 and 4) but they did not vacuum or replace the towels. When asked they said it was too late. "Need to look into have more staff. Looks like having only one person managing the front desk and many other things makes it impossible to meet the expectations. Front desk staff was very helpful, but appeared stressed out and overwhelmed. Needs to fix the bathroom doors and the bathroom seat was loose and dirty looking. Breakfast didn’t have enough items, especially for a holiday weekend. It should have been planned in a better way."
