"Virtual check in was a bit odd for this elderly couple to navigate after being on the road for 12 hours. It all worked out in the end. We would stay there again. "

"The front desk person in the evening was great. I originally booked a king bed room, but our daughter ended up coming with us so I asked if there were any room available with two queens. She said there were and allowed me to change the reservation. She was very friendly & accommodating. The room was good, quiet and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good as well and check-out, although not needed, was at noon. I would stay here again in the future if traveling through. "

Aside from the cleanliness, I love all the little details, text that offer assistance with your needs, folded towels, kleenex, in the room, pool area. Breakfast area clean with plenty of options. You can tell the people who work here care about the impression they make."

"The rooms were not very clean, crumbs all over the desk, pet hair all over the beds, requested a room change first glance the 2nd room was clean, or the beds and the desk were, there was hair in the tub and hair on the bathroom floor, but we had already unload our cart so we washed the tub out and threw towels on the bathroom floor, the was not a single trash can in our room, not extra roll of toilet paper. The hallway looked like it hadnt been vacuumed in a week or so, the ac and heat units in the hallways were nasty with old cigarette butts in the vents. The lady that checked in across the hall from our room had to switch her room too cause her room was as dirty too. Will never stay at the super 8 in Sterling Colorado again. "
