"I got a suite on the new side room was nice. Air conditioning was louder than other times I’ve stayed there. Refrigerator wasn’t working got up in the middle of the night and water was leaking on the floor I had to put towels down so I wouldn’t slip."

"The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, poop stains on shower curtain, dirty floors, one bed was wet, not staying here again, staff didnt help much or try and switch us rooms."
