"It was perfect! Excellent location in the heart of Morelia. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. I asked for an early check-in and they were quite flexible and accommodating. The restaurant on the first floor had delicious food and I was able to get a morning coffee to go and take a stroll across the way in the city park next to the Cathedral. Lots of other restaurants and live music in the vicinity. The room was comfortable and clean. The amenities in the room were also quite nice. Overall, I was really satisfied with the service and value in price. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Morelia and I will be staying there again next visit."

"The hotel is in a very attractive historic building which is centrally located on the main square and, hence, in a great position to explore the town from the doorstep. There is a popular restaurant on the rooftop with stunning views especially at night. It was clean, the staff friendly and helpful - everything you would expect from a really nice hotel."

"Looks like they did some remodeling on the hotel, but the rooms are the ones that need an upgrade. Some lights were on and off, TV signal was not clear, remote control was old. We stayed here before and the rooms were nice, the cleaning on the bathroom could be better. But still a good place to stay"
