The hotel is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. I loved the fact that they offered a complimentary coffee or tea bar. I'll definitely stay here again!

The walls are thin so you can hear people if they're talking loud. The location is great. In walking distance to the plaza's and the parking to very secure.

We were in Patzcuaro one night when returning to San Miguel de Allende from Zihuatenejo. On premise parking was great. Central location, basic but clean room. Friendly staff. If the option is available I would make sure to book a room with a queen bed rather than Matrimonial ( double)

Property very clean, safe , accexible and quiet. could use some additional furnishing in the room to place belongings, could use a chair for the desk and something to ahng the soap, shampo or rasor in the shower.

Very nice room. We had a window in our room to a view but most rooms only have a window to the interior walkway so they are dark. I wish they had a better set up for computer work. There were cookies,coffee and tea right outside out room so you were able to have tea in the morning and at night. It would be nice to have real milk for the coffee. There were no glasses for water but they gave you bottled water every day.Great location.
