「je suis parti en couple à Morcote et je suis satisfait de l’hôtel et plus que satisfait du personnel. La chambre était située au 2 e étage avec vue sur le lac donc la vue etait incroyable et la chambre était très propre, la dame qui s’occupe du ménage est une crème . 「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. 「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

「We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay.
