"so this property charges per person not per room. i got a double room for me and my wife and my 11 year old and got 2 beds in the room since we were from a different country they tried to charge us for my 11 year old. i refused to pay and said to refund me my money and until now they have refused to refund me they are scam artists especially if you’re not from Spain. "Great hotel. Air conditioning worked well in November to keep my wife cool for sleeping. Bed was really comfy and the property was lovely. Enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and coffee as well as the dinners. The short walk to the historic center and Cathedral de Santiago was great. It rained the entire time we were there but the service, food and comfortable room made up for not being to explore as much of the town as we wanted. Excellent and friendly service. Also great on site underground parking garage. Would highly recommend staying here."
