"Free breakfast: need to Have warm options available. The staff must be more friendly when asked about the breakfast. A sold couple asked for help with the water machine and the guy just went nerd explaining how it works with the screen and never took rhe 1 minute or less to just show them how is done. The old couple were just standing and watching and didn’t understood the thing. Then other guy tried to get waffles and screwed up the machine, the guy came and disconnected and left it there just like that. Coffee: terrible coffee, it tasted like water with tea, not coffee. Coffee is important! Train your staff to be friendly and helpful when asked questions. Restaurant wasn’t even 10% full, so lots of time to help customers and make good coffee. "

"The room was updated vs. pictures on Expedia so that was a positive..unsure why pictures were not recent. Staff barely spoke, not very friendly, unwelcoming, and not even ‘thanks for staying,’ or ‘how was your stay?’ at time of checkout. The hotel itself was fine but the bathroom and floor were dirty and in-turn makes the stay uncomfortable thinking about it being unclean. We kindly asked to have the bathroom cleaned the next morning and by late afternoon, still not cleaned (there were hairs in tub, on toilet n floor, pee spots on toilet from previous patrons, etc…). We ended up buying some cleaner from a grocery store in town and cleaned it ourselves. Not the best experience unfortunately. Sorry."
