「Right from the moment we checked in we knew it wasn’t going to be good! The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, as much as she read a script. We were on the second. Floor and there was no elevator. I have a bad knee, so I was hoping to get a ground floor room, but there was no response from her. The pilllows on the bed were so old, they became flat immediately. Went for breakfast, and they were out of yogurt as was posted on the fridge, that went on for 3 days, no cream cheese as was...

「This is an awesome place in general, but our stay this time was disappointing. The room wasn’t clean and the restaurant was horrible. The staff did their best and we didn’t pay for the meal that wasn’t edible and left with a gift card. 」

「The building is older however it looks like it has been recently renovated. New carpets and paint with upgraded bathrooms. The staff was friendly and helpful and the stay was very pleasant and quiet. I would stay here again next time I’m in town.」
