「I enjoyed my stay」

「I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area.」

「Beautiful and very clean. We had the handicap room and it’s perfect for walkers and wheelchairs-the bathroom was super accommodating! Breakfast was amazing!!」

「The lobby was really nice. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful.」

「Clean and quiet. O was only there one night and didn't use the pool. Rooms had a fridge. Staff were nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but regular coffee was available all day and there was a coffee maker in the room.」

「I liked the customer service and the room was clean. My only concern and complaint was the mattress was obviously old and smelled like smoke and dog. I actually didn’t sleep well due to the smell. Also there was no small refrigerator in my room, which would have been helpful. Other than the disgusting mattress it was a decent property. Most likely won’t go again though.」
