「Camera carina, condizioni generali, servizi e personale da migliorare .」

「The staff was not very helpful and welcoming. Room very bad. Floors were very sticky. The room walls had signs of leakage. Restaurant staff was nice but the service was extremely slow. We had to wait more that 30 mins just to get one roti. Overall, would not recommend this place. 」

「Best place in town. Nice restaurant, room was spacious and clean. Staff really professional and helpful.」

「Sehr freundliches Personal. Schönes Haus und Zimmer inmitten von Pflanzen. Sehr abgelegen, die Kartenmarkierung war falsch. Die Dusche hat nicht ganz funktioniert. 」

「très moyen pour le prix excessif」

「Great place if you are looking for peaceful environement within close proximity to munnar. The gentlemen working at front desk was very helpful and hospitable.」

「The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...

「Good room」
