"This is an older motel with history. It has its charm, and in a unique location! I stayed here cause the reviews were above an 8! The people were very nice and helpful. The location can be a reason to stay here! It’s on a river and feels like a cliff! There’s a cafe on location with good food! Our room was ok. I wish our room had some sort of air freshening! There was some sort of an old motel smell? The room had some updated furnishings. Flat screen tv, closet and draws. The bathroom was nice! The beds were uncomfortable! My mom and I backs started bothering us through the night! It felt lumpy and unsupportive. The room was also stuffy and warm! We ran the AC for bit, but not too long cause it was loud! It was also too warm to sleep comfortably. The next day check out was easy! The price wasn’t expensive like the other surrounding motels/hotels!"

Blue Sage Inn & Suites

"Small roadside inn uses combination locks insteasd of keycards to secure rooms. This allowed us to check-in early as desk clerk was temporarily absent. Hotel had emailed us our combination prior to our arrival. Continental breakfast was basic. TV service was streaming-based and offered extensive channel selection. Great shower."

"The location and cleanliness were good. However, the hotel did not meet my expectations. I assumed it would have a mini fridge and Wi-Fi, as these are very common amenities in most hotels, and I didn’t think to double-check before booking. Since I’m on a road trip, with husband and son, visiting several cities, I’ve been buying groceries along the way. When I arrived with refrigerated items, I was disappointed to find there was no fridge available in the room. Another thing, breakfast was not included and required an additional charge. Considering the room rate and comparing with other hotels I’ve been during my road trip, I felt the hotel was priced above average for the amenities offered. Lukily I only booked one day. I don’t recommend this hotel for a family trip."
