Top Monument Valley Hotel Reviews
Desert Rose Resort & Cabins
8/10 Good
"There's much more to the hotel than the street view, so don't let it fool you. The owners are obviously putting thought into the facility and preparing it for growth; was a good stop along the way. The rooms along the front are nice but a bit dark if you're looking for natural light but we didn't spend enough time in the room for that to be an issue. Guessing the newer rooms in the back building may be brighter. Nice to have a good restaurant onsite (note: they do not serve alcohol but there's a cute little market across the street if you're looking for a good bottle of wine or some cheese)."

Kayenta Monument Valley Inn

"No refrigerator or microwave. No hot water at night, but nice and hot in the morning. Place was dated but clean, all staff from front desk to dining room were pleasant and professional."

"Great property in a super small town"
Canyonlands Dome Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The property exceeded our expectations. The property seemed away from everything, but town with a market was just 15 minutes away. The dome was better than clamping. We had a bathroom/shower in the dome which is very important to people our age. The dome was insulated, but we clearly heard the amazing rain storm. We were in unit 9 which has a beautiful view of the valley. There is an overhang of the done which provides a protection from the elements, and great passive solar protection. The dome had a wall of window, which gave us a view of everything, but protected from the elements. Luckily we brought binoculars and watched three deer on the hillside graze. We watched lightening and a partial rainbow from the sitting area. This is camping with all the conveniences of a hotel."
