"Staff was able to get me two extra pillows which was nice. Only 25% occupied but everyone was in same hallways. I had loud TV's on both sides of me. Walls could use better insulation. "
"Everything was great! One snafu: housekeeping propped our door open, I’m assuming while they were cleaning, and never closed/locked the door. Fortunately we didn’t find anything stolen. It could have happened. "
Starlite Yellowstone, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
6/10 Okay
"We used to stay here all the time when it was the Days Inn & we're not very impressed with the Hilton way...
The updated rooms were nice, but no carpet made the hotel pretty loud & the floors wet because MT in winter = snow on boots.
Parking was a nightmare - free for all & they definitely needed to push some snowbanks back to open the area better.
Digital key never worked.
Staff was very friendly but not very attentive to what was going on in the pool area - there was a large group of unsupervised young teens there. Saturday morning, we had to get the attention of the GM because they were climbing up the slide & making unsafe decisions -climbing over the railing, etc. He responded pretty quickly but the kids had left.
On Saturday night a large group were causing issues & not paying attention to the younger kids in the pool - a teen almost body slammed his friend into my 4 year old. I did hear later in the evening they caused some damage in the remodeled pool area which is really unfortunate because this area is great!
Also, the vibe does not match the MT way - not sure why cleaning staff was in ties & vests? or bowling shirts?
We will never go back to the restaurant on property - the breakfast was horrible - uncooked potatoes, unrecognizable sausage, staff that literally did not care that our food was horrible.
Fire alarm went off at 5am....really rude awakening & 0 communication from the property. We were offered some "hilton points" for our troubles - laughable...."
