"There was an issue with the system. Everytime we came back to the hotel our key wasn’t working. Only 1 elevator was working. And the pool and gym were closed during our visit. "

"I was satisfied with my stay. I was not expecting much given the reviews and the price I paid (I visited in April). The room was decently clean, nice staff and the included breakfast was acceptable for my standards. Pro: - Perfect location near central park and metro station - Nice staff - Good size for the King sized room with big windows and a lot of light. - Breakfast included Cons: - They got some bleach stains in the corridor carpets. - The elevator is kinda slow - Some dust in the drawers and a few stains here and there. Overall I was satisfied. It's for sure not a five-star hotel, but for the price, the location and the staff it was good. I will definitely come back."

"I have stayed here multiple occasions least 4. The last visit was my worst experience as they could not process my hold via my credit card as their machine was inoperative and the Manager of staff was rude and offered no solutions. The other Staff were pleasant but were inexperienced. The cleaning staff are pleasant but barely speak English. I ordered good from the restaurant on-site food pizza was decent, burger bread was soggy and veggies were not freshest. I visited the complementary breakfast which you cannot take back to your room according to the sign posted before you enter. It has options. There is ample parking access to hwys/ freeways. I used the on-site gym decent clean. Room is clean ."

"This is a small hotel, reasonably priced hotel (for New York) in a very desirable location. I would compare it to many smaller European hotels I have stayed in. The hotel staff are very attentive, courteous and responsive. My room while a bit spartan was quiet (for NY) with an excellent bed. The bathroom was spacious enough and well-appointed. The hotel features a happy hour with complementary wine and charcuterie which was appreciated."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel for its convenience. The staff are consistently pleasant and accommodating, especially for a property tucked away in the Bronx. My only suggestion would be to vary the breakfast options a couple of times during the week adding items like omelets would be a great touch 😊"
