Great experience. It feels like you have your own apartment while there. Very clean, and quiet. Easy to check in and get to your room. Close to touristy downtown with lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Room was spotless when I came in. Had all the amenities that you needed more so than a hotel. Quiet area, some alleys can get sketchy so be in the main streets. First time staying at an apart hotel with no front desk staff, interesting but as a solo female traveler still wary of the surroundings, though staff was accessible through their contact information, quick response. Loved the early check in option. Only 4 luggage storage at the front. The location was optimal, close to all the boutiques, notre dame, food, and the metro and bus was only a few minutes away. The studio room was more than enough for me, spacious and bed was comfortable! Would consider staying with Sonder again.

The location is fantastic! Easily to find many good restaurants and cafe. Close to shopping area, too. Although there is no hotel staff onsite, but prompt assistance was able to be provided when we raised questions via APP. Overall, it is a great stay.

The studio was satisfactory with expected amenities. I would caution people, however, to try to request a specific unit when reserving. Our unit, M01 (Mezzanine level), was dark and designed like a large open box. It had all we needed, but very little eye appeal or welcoming feel. We had friends staying in units 307 and 501. Both these units were light and welcoming with the space nicely separated. The location was convenient. Communication with management was not always easy, but we managed to enter successfully and had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sonder Lambert. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean — ideal for our family. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable beds to the elegant finishes throughout the space. The location was exceptional, just steps away from the best of Old Montreal. We loved being able to walk to charming cafés, restaurants, and historic sites, yet return each evening to a peaceful, quiet retreat. It was the perfect blend of modern comfort and old-world charm. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The room is very clean and decorated nicely. The amenities provided are high quality. My stay is very comfortable overall. The only small downside is I could hear some noises from outside - if people talk loudly or a truck passes by, but the street is generally calm (no club or restaurant nearby). Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again if going to downtown Montreal!

We really enjoyed our stay. The area was convenient, close to galleries and attractions- also close to transit. The neighbourhood walkable and safe with great choices for eating. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. We loved the bed and sheets. Communication through the app were clear and easy to follow. We appreciated the luggage storage option. Would definitely book again. Already looking at other Sonder options for another city.

Accessing the bldg was a challenge. There was not enough prior information to make it simple. Putting in a 7 digit code for entry into the bldg & apartment caused some frustration because if there was too many seconds between inputting the numbers it didn’t work. The clothes dryer stopped working & showed a code & constant beeping. There were no instructions for the machines. On the plus side the apartment was spacious & very clean but I don’t think we would stay in that type of accommodation again.
