This motel is a not new - and shows it's age - however it is clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and it was perfect for that. No worries. Btw it took about 45 mins to get to the bell center - 1 bus and a subway - they do not take cash on the bus, but the driver let us on and we bought the tickets from the machine at the station. It was good.

The employees were really nice and polite, but the property was rundown. The floors were dirty, the furniture was old and dirty. I wish them good luck, but unfortunately i would not go back

Les draps blancs étaient tachés de sang et de traces brunâtres dans les deux lits. Les serviettes fournies étaient en quantités limitées et de petites dimensions, bon prix mais je ne vous conseille pas cet établissement.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. While its nothing fancy, it definitely has a very homie place with a great feeling and atmosphere for anyone looking for a place to stay in Montreal without spending a heck of a lot of money. Nice, quiet neighborhood too, with restaurants and citybuses nearby. Also, convenient for people who dont have cars (like me). The lady at the desk was extremely kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. In fact, I've chosen this place on 2 separate occasions.

Petit motel confortable
Petit motel correct! La dame à la réception était sympathique. Frais pour la clé qui est remboursée lorsque celle-ci est rendue à la fin du séjour. Chambre propre mais qui aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour. La salle de bain était exempte de poussière et de saletés mais les robinets du bain-douche étaient couverts de vert-de-gris, ce qui ne donne pas le goût de s'en servir beaucoup. Télévision avec câble, présence d'un frigo et d'un micro-onde fonctionnel! J'y retournerai si je dois passer encore plusieurs jours à pointe-aux-trembles!

Tres bref a peine 10 hrs … chambre rustique d’une autre epoque style miroir au plafond et bois … Chambre très propre ainsi que la salle de bain , aucune odeur d’humidité, service a l’acceuil bien fait … tres pratique pour certains un micro-onde et un mini-frigo qui fait pas de bruit Lit moelleux… T.V et Wi-Fi performant Pour le prix et juste pour 1-2 coucher c’est correct

The Property should go under construction! Carpets are rips, bathroom won't stop running after flushing, beds are old...etc. to name a few

Nothing to like here!! Very outdated - impossible to clean without renos. Carpet is so worn and stained we didn’t take shoes off. Bathroom was not clean. Worst of all the linens had not been changed- we found an open condom wrapper under the pillow!!! When reported to front desk, excuses were made. We were finally offered another room but their was zero acknowledgement or responsibility taken. I was forbidden to talk to owner/manager and was told I could take the issue up with police if I wanted to pursue it.

It was the cheapest I could find. I like bargains and I'm not fancy. But I will reconsider that in the future. The place is a hovel. It's decrepit. Clean, perhaps, but stained carpets, crumbling plaster and mildewed caulkings. I didn't take a shower, it was too yucky to touch. You have to be in a hard place to choose this.
