Our flight was cancelled and I contacted DoubleTree through this app to tell them not to cancel my 2 room, three night booking for a school trip.
When I arrived with the kids, it had been cancelled, and, they would not allow me to use the rooms. The desk said the manager would have to grant a refund. So, with nowhere else to go and it being late, I booked two rooms for two nights.
After over a week of efforts, the manager has refused to give the refund, meaning, we are out the cost of two rooms for three nights…
