I never write reviews, but:
We booked the "Elite Condo" for 6 nights.
The condo itself looked fine . It was missing:
- Coffee
- Toilet paper
- Hair conditioner
- A/C in all bedrooms (it only has the 1 in the living room)
- The dishwasher was broken
- The toe-kick of the island was broken
The cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before using.
Out of 3 TVs, only 2 were functional. The quality of the pillows was VERY cheap.
We tried contacting the property on day 2 of our stay without any luck, so we decided to buy ourselves the things that were missing. The bigger issue started that night, when the upstairs guests made an INCREDIBLE amount of noise from 11pm until 7:30am, EVERY SINGLE DAY.
At that point we tried contacting the property every day directly via their phone numbers and through Expedia with NO response AT ALL. On the last night of our trip, we were so sleep deprived (including our 5yo daughter), we decided to book a night in a Marriott and leave. We hoped the property would AT LEAST refund us for that last night, but we didn't know they would even respond to our claims. Which they didn't - but apparently an Expedia representative got in touch with them and they denied us the refund, claiming their "no refund" policy, as if we were cancelling the reservation or something, when the reality is that they didn't even provide the basic things a hotel would provide, plus they didn't bother replying when we asked to be moved to a different suite.
DONT STAY HERE.
