This properly is located in a great area that’s accessible to a lot of tourist destinations. We were able to walk to most places we travelled and the location had a bus stop nearby as well. There’s a gas station right across the street and we were able to walk around to find the cutest cafes and restaurants nearby. Overall it’s a great place to be if you’re adventurous and want to tour the city all day long.

Great location, a 10 mins to the Bell Centre, 20mins to St Catherine Street. Coffee shop across the street along with A&W. Building is referbished apartments. Stayed in apt one on the first floor, the occupant directly above was extreamly noisy at all hours of the day. Great value for money, with a full kitchen which was extreamly handy for a 5 day stay. Free use of laundry machine which was a nice touch. We would stay here again

There were ants in the room. I talked to the cleaner. No manager would call me. We got no help. Expedia tried to call and no response. I do not recommend and am very disappointed. I Don’t like having ants crawling all over. Not sure who would. And no help when they found out.

We stayed in the property for 5 nights. The unit is nicely decorated, exactly as shown on website pics. There are cutleries, utensils, pots and pans you can use to cook/warm up your meals. It's great that they provided enough dishwashing soap for the dishwasher. Our unit was on the 3rd floor facing the street so there was minimal street noise at night but we were not bothered at all. There is no elevator so for those who have serious mobility issues, you might want to think before you book this place. There are buses that stop right around the corner that would take you downtown if you don't have any ride. Pretty accessible by bus and walk to Metro station. We had minor complaints/request (bathroom sink not draining, hairstrand on one of the pillowcases so we need a new pillow case and a missing fork from the cutlery set. ) we immediately brought to Expedia's attention hoping they would forward to the owner right away but they didn't. Expedia chat agent immediately assumed that we were also requesting for refund but we did not initiate such request. We think Expedia could do a better customer service here. The owner did come and fix the sink and directed us to a room to get the pillow case. Overall, we would book this place again.

I never write reviews, but: We booked the "Elite Condo" for 6 nights. The condo itself looked fine . It was missing: - Coffee - Toilet paper - Hair conditioner - A/C in all bedrooms (it only has the 1 in the living room) - The dishwasher was broken - The toe-kick of the island was broken The cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before using. Out of 3 TVs, only 2 were functional. The quality of the pillows was VERY cheap. We tried contacting the property on day 2 of our stay without any luck, so we decided to buy ourselves the things that were missing. The bigger issue started that night, when the upstairs guests made an INCREDIBLE amount of noise from 11pm until 7:30am, EVERY SINGLE DAY. At that point we tried contacting the property every day directly via their phone numbers and through Expedia with NO response AT ALL. On the last night of our trip, we were so sleep deprived (including our 5yo daughter), we decided to book a night in a Marriott and leave. We hoped the property would AT LEAST refund us for that last night, but we didn't know they would even respond to our claims. Which they didn't - but apparently an Expedia representative got in touch with them and they denied us the refund, claiming their "no refund" policy, as if we were cancelling the reservation or something, when the reality is that they didn't even provide the basic things a hotel would provide, plus they didn't bother replying when we asked to be moved to a different suite. DONT STAY HERE.

Comfortable apartment.
The apartment is about 2 kilometres walking to the Old Montreal part of town. Comfortable apartment but it would be helpful to have a user guide for guests to control heating. No spare towels provided just 2 for three nights! Comfy bed but noisy frame. Great to have use of laundry facilities and more space than a hotel room.

Booked it for a girls weekend trip, spent a total of 5 nights. This is a good location for walking distance to the bell center, restaurants and pubs. If you needed to go somewhere, Ubers are really fast around that area. I did email the manager on Sunday asking for more toilet paper but never got a reply, so i would pack extra :) also no hand towels or dish towels, but they do have a dishwasher in the unit, just felt bad to put a couple of the dishes in there when we could of just washed them. I would stay here again..

Great place to stay, lovely apartment, good location, very secure. Road is a little noisy and no aircon in bedroom so can get a little warm but would stay again . Owners get back to you really quickly with any queries.

Super clean apartment and great location
We had a great time at the apartment. I appreciated the electronic entry to building and to the unit; this avoided the possibility of a lost key. The apartment was super clean and well appointed. Plenty of space for the two of us. One issue it the only AC unit is in the living room, so rooms got warm with the higher than normal temperatures there. Also oddly heat was coming out of the baseboard units in the bedrooms at time. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the building's proximity to restaurants (even a 24 hour A&W across the street), the Metro grocery store a few blocks away, buses right outside and the metro about a 10 min. walk away. I would stay here again! Merci!

Nicely decorated condo, good amenities in kitchen. Sofa bed and bed were comfy. Some downsides for me: no bath mat, hand towels or tea towel in kitchen. No clean scrubber in kitchen sink. No cloth to wipe down countertops. No recycling container. We had ants on our last night! Couldn’t open the window as the handle was broken! I’m sure that’s a safety issue. No map of where fire escapes located or muster point outside. Bathroom faucet, shower door handle, paper holder need to be tightened. Cleaning in shower needs to cover all corners and grout near shower tray! Rug in living area needs better vacuuming - lots of black hair (not mine) on rug. Apart from that we had a pleasant stay!!

Great place to stay for a family of 4. The beds were decently comfortable and downtown & old montreal were about 20-30 minutes away on foot. Having the laundry machine and parking behind the property was also nice. And the host was super helpful throughout the stay. I only wish that the supply area was a bit cleaner and more convenient since its in the stairwell.

Excellent place to stay! Minor complaints… very squeaky bed (can’t roll over without it squeaking) and garbage was full when we arrived. With that being said, we would still happily stay again!

Uncomfortable bed, bed was smaller then queen, lacking seating for 2. Bugs in the room. Window sills and top of heaters not dusted and had dead bugs and hair. Iron present but no ironing board. Lacking sufficient mirrors - there was only one in the bathroom. There could have been one more in apartment.

Really cute apartment in the middle of Griffintown. Easy walk to local restaurants, cafes, grocery. In fact, there are 5 or 6 excellent restaurants within 3 blocks. Walking to the downtown area is very do-able, but we also Uber'd from the apartment. Highly recommend.

We were extremely happy with our stay, the apartment was very clean, and ready ahead of time for us to check in. Communication with the apt rep was great, responses were very quick. The location was perfect for us to explore the downtown/old areas of Montreal (a nice 20-30 min walk or short/cheap Uber) and new neighbourhoods we wouldn't have seen had we stayed in the downtown area. The street is in construction which may bother some, but it cut off street traffic which was nice and very quiet (the construction noise was not heard at all in the room). Inside the bldg, the rooms aren't overly soundproof, can hear from other apts if they are being loud, but not enough to bother or affect sleep. Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as expected. Clean, modern, newly renovated and very short walk to key areas (20 min to Via Rail station, 10 min to Centre Bell). Cafes and restaurants across the street, grocery store (with alcohol) the next block. Small park and bus stop next to bldg and some Metro stations a short walk away. We were even able to check in early. Love, love, love this location. Beautiful, tree-lined streets.

Despite the name, the location of the property is not actually “downtown”. In fact, our unit faces a gas station across the street. The buildings and shops in the area are semi-deserted so it doesn’t feel safe. The space is descent but amenities including towels are inadequate. Don’t do what I had to do - I paid for three nights but only stayed one night because the place is so unbearable. Btw, communication is standard but not particularly responsive when you have a personal issue. I like to forget about this experience and hope you don’t have to experience it at all.
