Our second stay at David Hotel and it sure didn't disappoint! We love it here. The room was spacious and hip and comfy and the proximity to fabulous cafes and dining is the best!

Very modern. Super comfortable King size memory foam bed . Washer dryer . Walkable to waterfront - Bota Bota ! Crew Cafe ! Great restaurants.

It had a modern atmosphere. It was quiet. The service people were quick to accommodate requests. It was a good local because of restaurants, culture and history. People were friendly in the area.

This was our first stay at the Hotel David. Such a great concept. We’ve stayed at other apart hotels before (Sonder) so we know the drill. Pros: - clean upon arrival - spacious kitchen area - well appointed kitchen - plenty of towels - heart of Old Montreal - great if you love minimalist decor - secure building entry - pleasant smelling lobby hallway Cons: - any smoke or weed smell came up into our third floor space even though windows were closed. Smelled very strong - nearly every surface, including the shower floor and walls, is covered with a painted on concrete-like material. They could have gone for some higher end finishing (the kitchen counter was very hard to clean) - to shower is a walk-in stall that has a half glass partition. This allows water to spray all over the floor outside of the shower area - the vanity is very small so nowhere to really perch toiletry bags and things for two people - hallways are very dark - we weren’t provided any dishwasher tabs or laundry detergent/fabric softener. Thankfully I had stuff for the laundry that I brought myself.

This is my favorite hotel in Montreal. Wonderful location, awesome rooms and space, easy check in, amazing staff and accommodation and communication! Good location near restaurants and sights. Can walk to Notre Dame and waterfront market area. Very happy with set up in room, kitchen is fully equipped. King bed so comfortable. Bathroom is functional. Lighting in halls a little dim.

Amazingly sleek beautiful and clean! Loved the design and layout! And loved the location!! Parking lots around the area so easy for parking and also street if you’re out early enough or pay the meters! Great location close to a lot of things and food! After travelling Spain, Italy, and England over the last few weeks I can say that David Hotel is by far the best accommodation that I’ve booked. With its modern layout and Patrick Bateman-esque aesthetic; Loft 38 is a tucked away cozy luxury for your Vieux Montreal stay.

Tv was basically unusable and slow. Free Netflix was supposed to be included and I couldn’t get it to work. Tried the recommended steps and still didn’t work.

Good location …. Right next to old town shopping and dining. Unit was fully equipped for long term stays and presented well. It did lack attention to the little things though for example, no stationery or pens provided. … no instructions on how to operate complicated shower Faucet or other utilities….. TV failed to respond well to remote ….

Beautiful suite and very large with all the amenities. Easy to check in and I liked the idea of not being in a hotel. One suggestion is to have somewhere to sit that is comfortable. The only options were the bed or stools with no back. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of function to the fashion :).

Wonderful oversized kitchens with long islands. Great if you want to cook a lot of meals in the room. Very quaint neighborhood. Try Mandy and Titanic restaurants nearby. Only complaint is that it’s a little dark in the hallways. Otherwise a perfect stay!
