Horrible !
It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3.

Good morning, as already said yesterday at reception, we are sorry for the inconvenience, there was a problem with the gas bottle but we tried to solve it as soon as possible. staff very helpfull, a really quiet place to relax with no luxury but a nice clean, green, natural place. be prepaired for mosquitos. forget free wifi, they gave us 20hrs and IF you manage to connect it was too slowwww. only 1 taxi in the area. absolutely you need a car due to very steep hills, even to go to the reception , pool and another back to your mobile home. too few sun beds by the pool. during our 7 nights there was no kids area/animators except one event on saturday, but every one can jump in the pool with no restrictions. bread must be ordered a day before and collect early in the morning or they will sell it. my family found bread rolls too hard to be eaten but i think the baguette is exceptable. only few minuites drive to train station with great links to pisa florence ecc. the convenienc shop at the location is not stocked properly but what you ask for you get the next day. very good inexpensive italian food at the restaurant. i highly recomand horse riding even for first timers, it was a realy wonderfull experiance. thanks valerio!

Villaggio un po' datato e con scarsa manutenzione , pulizia ok ristorante e colazione su prenotazione nel periodo che abbiamo soggiornato. Può andare per un fine settimana di escursione nei dintorni

Mi è piaciuta la piscina e il ristorante è ottimo, sia per il cibo che per i prezzi. Non mi è piaciuto il resto della struttura. Le casette piccole, sporche e mal tenute.

E' nostra abitudine dedicare molta cura alla pulizia delle case mobili pertanto ci dispiace sentire questa sua recensione. Se ce lo avesse fatto presente durante il suo soggiorno, avremmo immediatamente provveduto a trovare una soluzione tempestiva. Petit camping convivial et tranquille bien situé pour rayonner en Toscane ou se rafraîchir entre 2 visites. Si vous souhaitez le maximum de calme, réservez le plus loin possible de l’autoroute afin qu’aucun son ne vous parvienne. Le personnel est très aimable et réactif, que ce soit en italien, anglais ou français.

situato in posizione strategica, campeggio ben strutturato silenzioso e dotato di un buon ristorante interno da migliorare la pulizia delle casette tuttavia e' pur sempre un campeggio e lo spirito di adattamento fa parte di questo tipo di vacanze. all'occorrenza ritorneremo. grazie di tutto

Buona struttura
Casetta confortevole e calda, cucina completa di tutti gli accessori, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale gentilissimo. Aspetti negativi: doccia sporca piena di insettini morti e ragnetti, i fori della cornetta per lavarsi erano quasi totalmente otturati quindi l’acqua usciva pochissima, all’interno della casetta le prese di corrente sono con attacco inglese e nonostante ci siano gli adattatori le cariche a volte si interrompono perché non reggono bene le spine inserite ( forse vanno sostituiti?). Ma soprattutto......i vialetti di ingresso alle casette non hanno abbastanza breccia o una stradina in pietra o legno quindi se capita la giornata piovosa come è capitato a me si arriva in casa calpestando il fango perché si cammina sulla terra bagnata! Per il resto tutto ok la struttura è fornita di un ottimo impianto di climatizzazione sia estivo che invernale.

Geweldige vakantie gehad in een fijn , klein en vriendelijk vakantie park/ camping. Leuk vriendelijk personeel die altijd voor je klaar staan. Een goed zwembad en goede keuken bij het restaurant.

Camping con piscina estropeada y intalaciones de lavabos y duchas escasas!! Igualmente despues de nuestra reclamacion nos reembolsaron la mitad de la tarifa, cosa que les agradezco ya que a 33 grados la piscina era necesaria.

We are sorry for the inconvenience of the pool which had a technical problem and required a longer time to solve and to re-opened it but the health and safety of our guests is our priority and that's what we had first to protect.

buon bungalows sconsigliato nella stagione fredda
La posizione rispetto alle città d'arte è ottimale per visitare più siti in poco tempo, ma un bungalow nella stagione fredda è molto scomodo, anche se di ottima fattura ma mancava la tv e la caffettiera, il camping era quasi deserto. Rispetto ad un hotel o pensione bisogna abituarsi a farsi il letto e il mangiare. Discreta la pulizia dei locali.

Inadatto in inverno
In realtà' non è un albergo, ma un container adattato a bungalow di un campeggio. La sistemazione andrà sicuramente bene in estate, ma in inverno risulta decisamente precaria: c'è l'aria condizionata, tuttavia il condizionatore si trova nel cucinino, il che significa che, se si vuole un po' di calore nelle due camere da letto, bisogna lasciare le porte aperte, sperando che vi entri qualche spiffero caldo.
