Nice, spacious room, convenient location. Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Well equipped fitness room. The bed and pillow were too hard for me so I didn’t sleep very well. Cleaning was done well, but the products used left a strong bad smell.

Great Hotel: Outstanding Staff and Suggestions

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a 30-minute drive away from the beautiful Garda Lake, which we found ideal for our holiday. The staff at the hotel is truly exceptional. Their services are consistently delivered with a smile, they were consistently helpful and their English communication skills were top-notch. They played a significant part in making our stay enjoyable, and we are already planning to return. However, there were a few minor issues we experienced. Firstly, whenever we used our room card, it triggered a rather loud buzz, which was quite disturbing, especially when someone was sleeping. In addition, the air conditioning system could only be adjusted by contacting the reception. Although they were always responsive and our room was comfortably cool in July, it would be more convenient if guests could control the temperature and fan levels in their own rooms. This request for AC setting needs to be repeated, as the room temp. is automatically reset every day, even while you sleep: then you suddenly feel the heat. Finally, we would have appreciated the availability of a kettle, coffee, tea and sugar in the room. However, when we requested kettle from reception, they promptly provided it for our use throughout our stay. Overall, despite these small points, we enjoyed our stay immensely and the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. GREAT HOTEL. Looking forward to our next visit!

Garda Hotel was lovely inside. Its location is not very scenic but it’s convenient. There’s a grocery store next door and great take away pizza right up the street. ( Carpe Diem)

Great staff and facilities. Restaurant was wonderful with a morning hot breakfast buffet with all the extras. Conveniently located to a large supermarket, Sushi restaurant, bakery and tobacco shop 100 feet away. There is also an emergency Veterinary clinic 100 ft away for people who may be traveling with pets. ATM bank Machine is a 3 minutes walk, Bus lines a 2 minute walk. Taxi service available. Several local restaurants deliver to the hotel.
