「All of the above. When we arrived I had neglected to ask for a first floor room because steps are difficult for us , especially carrying luggage. The desk clerk was so accommodating and found us another suitable room. The only complaint that I would have is that there is no elevator.」

「This was a great experience. This was our second time staying here, this time during the week. It was fantastic as it was not crowded or noisy. Our children loved the pool. While the waterslide isn't open on the weekdays, because our kids are too small for it anyway, it was great because they got to enjoy everything else and it was much less crowded. The staff was consistently friendly and polite.」
