"The price was great. Room was clean. Had an exercise room. We thought they would have their pool open but it wasn't. The tub stoppers need replaced because it barely kept the water in both times we stayed. Breakfast was water, juice box, apple, little package of wafers. Coffee, my spouse said, was terrible. He didn't know if it was from the coffee maker or what. The other motel we stayed in, he said used the same coffee. It didn't taste bad. Walmart was near by so you could easily go buy something to have for breakfast. There was a waffle house close by to. I would stay there again because of the price and it was clean. The desk people were nice also. We stayed one night going down and one night coming back home."

"Had two rooms reserved. Arrived to check in first room. We were given a nasty uncleaned room. Went back down and was given a new room. Arranged for the second room to be checked in by providing the name of the person staying as they would arrive near midnight. Spelled the name three times. Just after midnight I awoke and saw a missed call and text from the second party that the attendant gave them a lot of trouble checking in. The guy rudely well said we had her name wrong. So I approached the desk in the morning before realizing that the dates on the breakfast vouchers were wrong, and asked to speak to the manager about all of the challenges. While the lady was emailing the manager the male attendant came over and said is this about your daughter that checked in? I replied partially and explained why I was upset. He came back over again after trying to defend himself with “policy, and we messed up giving wrong name” and said so what is the actual problem. I replied that for the amount we paid, I expected better service and treatment. He said “whatever dude” and stormed off. Afterward we went to breakfast and noticed the wrong dates. The lady fixed that but then later our other guests were in line and eating and Josh was trading out the food on the hot bar and slung a spoon across the tray and hit one of the members of the party. Not a very pleasant stay for almost $900 for two nights. No response from the management."

"Baymont has done well enough with this property, I would consider staying here again. The room is a good size, soft comfy bed, room appears to be renovated, bathroom too. Nice a/c, hot water good, plenty of plug in sockets, nice lighting. Pool is permanently closed, but this location is probably more for those passing thru. The lobby is nice looking with the appearance of trees to the skylight, each door has a nice outdoor light even tho the walkway is inside (nice touch) If the price is right, book it. It's a good choice for it's price range so that is why I rated it 5 stars, not saying it is a 5 star hotel. This is a nice room for it's price range, plenty Parking, and easy to fine, breakfast is served but I brought my own breakfast. I will include a video when I was checking out, so someone can get an idea. PS. There is an elevator, very slow, so it seems mostly people take the stairs, but if you are patient and need the elevator, there's an elevator in the lobby"

"The people were lovely. The building was old. The faucet in the shower was coming off. The mirror in the bath was peeling and the art work looked like something had leaked on it. Parking was great and it was within walking distance to what we wanted to see. I feel like it was overpriced."

"Be warned: cockroaches EVERYWHERE!!! I scrambled to get out before they had time to get in my things. This added to the stress of other issues this evening. Cory was amazing, but he refused to refund me and made it very challenging to just leave and be done. I'm contacting my credit card company as a result. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YO DEAL WITH AN INFESTATION!!! It's clearly a well documented issue and they don't care about fixing it. Also, all amenities were broken and "in the process of getting fixed." This place is a long term stay, seemingly for people with extremely limited options. "

"The cleanliness of the facility was great. Staff waa great. Unfortunately, I was not happy about the unexpected $50.00 deposit when I got to the hotel. Also, as everyone else stated the breakfast was not great - all the food was cold , definitely wasn't the continental breakfast I am used to at LaQuinta Hotels."
