And why on the door its has a sign, No Pets Allowed, yet I came across 2 huge dogs, (that wasn't very people friendly too I might add) but they were just 2 doors down from us, and every time someone would walk by they Barked "

"Initial room which was upcharged for had several leaks from the ceiling as it rained outside. We were moved to a smaller room but not reimbursed for the up charge for the suite. Hotels are quick to up charge but never make it right when these types of things happen makes it hard to travel anymore "
