"This was our first time in La Fortuna and we loved the location of this rental home. It was about 15 minutes from downtown and had amazing views with beautiful gardens. The pool with Arenal in the background was breathtaking. However, we didn’t realize that only the bedrooms in this rental would have AC with the main part of the house (kitchen and living room) being more like a screened in porch. "My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. The hot tub was down while we were there but it wasn’t missed. We took advantage of the Lake Tour and La Tia’s massage services which were both worth the money. We...

"The location and property are absolutely beautiful! Incredible views! The grounds are kept meticulously! The rooms are clean and neat. The rooms are simple and yet elegant at the same time. The staff were very forgiving of my limited Spanish. A little harder to get to but worth the drive. The restaurant on property was excellent. Just a small sidenote… There was no air conditioner in my smaller room. I knew this going into it and the nice breeze that was almost constant."

"Staff are helpful and the location, view, and hiking opportunities are probably the best in the area. Perfect view of the volcano and easy hikes to waterfalls and jungle trek. Staff are lovely and very helpful."
