The overpriced room was not ready even after i called from the road 2 hours ahead of check in. The bed they offered was missing sheets and pillow cases, just bare mattress and pillows. Then they brought some dirty sheets. I had to leave and find another place to stay, and that was at midnight. Glad there were some upscale hotels close by and the price was only $20 more that that dump.

Hello Aleksey, we are very sorry for your experience, as that specific day we had problems with our housekeeper and our shift-change on front-desk. We have been working hard since then to make sure we have under control and ready to turn in our rooms. We also have been improving our facilities to make sure our guests have a pleasant stay with us. Again, we are sorry about that inconvenient night.

Lugar agradable. Solo que un poco descuidado. Estuve en la habitación 1 y el lavabo tenía una gotera, el agua se encharcaba cuando te bañabas. Las cobijas no estaban tan limpias. Y lo peor, afuera de la habitación esta el servicio de lavandería, y estuvo trabajando toda la noche, y según me dijeron que hasta las 4 funcionarían, eso me parece una falta de respeto, sobre todo cuando el reglamento dice que uno no puede hacer ruido, que debes usar audífonos para escuchar tu música. Yo no suelo tener problemas con el ruido, pero considero que hay cierto horario para que realicen estos labores. Entiendo que es un hostal, pero considero que no estaría mal que le dieran una manita de gato a la habitación,sobre todo al baño, esta muy descuidado.

La habitacion, la atención y la ubicación fueron excelentes, lo único malo es que la información en expedia estaba mal respecto a que la habitación no tenia baño y no incluía el almuerzo.

Me hicieron pagar 2 veces.
El recepcionista pésimo, no sabe como tratar con personas, hice mi pago por la página de expedia y me hizo volver a pagarle a el a la hora de llegar al check in, por suerte al día siguiente expedia me solucionó. El desayuno gratis solo es pan con café. No hay agua caliente. La peor experiencia, no lo recomiendo.
