As a Chinese, I came to the north of Mexico on business and stayed in this hotel for three days. It can only be said to be average, not too good, especially for us who can't say Spanish.
From the very beginning of the communication about the delayed check-in, the hotel was unable to get through the phone outside of working hours, and finally got in touch through the platform, this experience really gave me a very bad impression.
Secondly, the front desk staff did not provide new towels when the room was cleaned, so I had to run to the front desk wet and ask for new towels.
For a hotel offering this for almost $100 a day, it's just incredible.
