Well, for the price of the hotel i expected to be a nice hotel room, at least that! But unfortunately, the hotel is falling apart. The door for the restroom, the carpet, the main door for the room, the bed, jus two towels and a very old facility. Honestly very disappointed Very bad experience for such a great city!

There was the minimum of amenities. Two large towels and one hands towel. We were 2 adults and one child. Paid for the breakfast buffet and for drinks it was only coffee, orange juice and water. Limited on fruits and two types of pastries on one out of two days. There were only scramble eggs, chilaquiles, beans, ham and steamed vegtables- day one broccoli, day two zucchini and panela cheese. They also had cold mini pancakes. Maybe from frozen ones. They did serve big quantities, but limited options though. Alson when you add the breakfast buffet, thwy only add 2 people not 3, in our case. Beds had a very thin blanket. Mattress was too hard for our liking, other then that, they were ok

Center of the city
We love the location and indoor brewery at the hotel. The Macroplaza park is across the street. Many stores for shopping are around the corner...everything is walking distance. Great location for a great time in Monterrey, NL.

Older hotel but worth the stay. Keeping cool was issue in room. Rest was better ventilated. Amenities such as pool were good

Two things happened, When I arrived, they gave a room that was already occupied, toilet was used and bed wasn't clean (might've been a mistake they changed immediately) However in the new room the problem was the A/C. I've reported several times that the Air Conditioner wasn't working and they send a technician that reported it as fixed when it never worked properly, I Recommend to look for other options in the area as the facilities looked old and dirty all over the Hotel, I would never come back to this one.

The bathroom sink was clogged. TV channels didn't look good. I found a cockroach and a spider in the room. I put food in the fridge and it spoiled because It didn't cool well. The air conditioning didn't cool well either. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable.

Worst trip bc this hotel
Was cold and rainy when stayed at this hotel and they don’t have heather when called for assistance they told me that was a main system for the full building and they can’t set up the heather because when gets warm outside will take a while to cold down the hotel,well the only option was blankets! So when take showers I have to rush to put my clothes back on and have to stay most of time wearing jackets inside the room. This hotel used to be one of the best in Monterrey but not anymore the only pro is the self parking and the nice staff other than that I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone you can find other hotel around even for less. They need asap to renew this building all is old. I feel like I was staying in a hotel near a bus station.

No volvería a quedarme aqui
Las habitaciones son pequeñas y mucho muy viejas. Estamos hablando de que aún tienen televisiones CRT, no vas a poder ver Netflix en la televisión. Las paredes son delgadas y puedes escuchar perfectamente las conversaciones del pasillo. Los olores también filtran, o sea que si alguien exagera con el perfume en una habitación cercana, lo vas a estar oliendo como por media hora. No tienen letreros de 'No molestar', lo único que tienen es una tarjetita para poner en la cerradura si es que quieres que entren a hacer la limpieza, pero no le hacen caso. Te van a despertar a las 10 am preguntando si quieres que te limpien la habitación. Me quedé aquí el fin de semana del Pal Norte por 4 noches y pague 21,000 pesos. Nunca me voy a volver a quedar en este hotel. El costo de la habitación es ridículamente alto comparado con las habitaciones.

From the outside and lobby pics one expects a well maintained hotel. It is clear it was nice probably 20 years ago but it is also clear their business investment is nil. Room(s): No iron, coffee, etc. Every little thing was damaged in some way. Pillows from 1991? There were several other hotel options nearby that were of the lower budget level and I cannot see how they would be any worse. That said, pleasant and helpful staff including housekeeping.
