Location is really good, near Macroplaza, many atractions, shopping stores and restaurants. A very good option to stay in Monterrey.

The electricity was out since 5 pm and the hotel didn’t have any back up. It was hot, dark, and nothing worked.

Its a renovated modern hotel, it has a nice French style restaurant, food is good!! Lots of bread to choos3 from. Overall a good hotel!!

They charge for everything, they don't let you in until 3pm even if there is availability. The front staff has been trained to repeat robotically the check in time.

The hotel is very nice for budget toursits, I can't recommend this hotel for business travel for the following: It does not have a business center, the Wi-Fi connections go on and off, not every minute of the day, but there is no stability. Also, they need to work more on hospitability etiquette. That thing about waiting until 3 pm, should be a bit more flexible. Please get ideas from Fiesta Inn Centro, they are a business class hotel. For tourists it is perfect! Nice view, clean and affordable.

I really liked this hotel. It lacks a few business hotel amenities nevertheless it is a superb option for a tourist. The staff is outstanding and they make up for the business center.

If you are a business traveller avoid, no amenities. Restaurant not for everyday meals, no room amenities, not even cups. Bad experience in getting help with male front desk staff.

We stayed at the Kavia just for a night en route to El Potrero Chico and the hotel was terrific. The room was clean and sis opus and the bed was comfortable. It was sparsely supplied on the amenities front (no cups or glasses, hot water maker, just two bath towels) but otherwise very comfortable. The restaurant in the lobby serves excellent breakfast drinks and breakfast was delicious. Easy walking distance to the outstanding MARCO museum as well as the macro plaza.

No sound insulation whatsoever between rooms. I had to move to another room at 3 am the first night I stayed there. My neighbor was blasting their music. Same scenario the third night I was there but I was too tired to switch room again.
