La habitación no está ventilada, el desagüe de la ducha no funciona, el internet es muy malo, la ropa de cama está sucia y hay bichos... LO RECOMIENDO!!!

Parking space to far from the main entrance, crossing a street such as Madero at 1 am is not that safe. Rooms are to small, some of the bedsheets were stained and somehow dirty. The Breakfast was Included but there wasn't any left 45 minutes before the mentioned end hour

I arrived after midnight and they said there were no longer any rooms available. Having a confirmation code meant nothing. Also be aware that this seems to be the red light district of the city - prostitutes were everywhere and the rooms at all the surrounding hotels, and this one I suspect as well, were rented by the hour, not nightly.

Todo excelente
Todo estuvo muy bien, sin mayor contratiempo. El personal es muy atento, el cuarto estaba muy limpio, en relación calidad precio esta excelente, la zona de noche no es la mas agradable pero nunca me sentí inseguro.

Not bad overall!
The employees here are very nice. The place is clean & comfortable. The internet seems to be a little problematic but otherwise, for the price, it's not bad at all.Do not wander out in the area late at night. Uber everywhere at night then all is well. The place is very close to public transportation. Convenience store is right down the street.

El staff es muy amigable, las instalaciones son muy modernas y además el hotel está céntrico a distancias muy cortas de la central de autobuses o el parque fundidora por mencionar algunos. Altamente recomendado.

Perfect location!
The hotel is located nearby local restaurants and easy access to public transportation. Basic continental breakfast. It's a very safe area. Even during contingency, the property's professional staff was outstanding.

Nice but need small changes
Too much light in the morning, need to change those curtains. too much noise from the hallway, need to change the door and I do not like that system of soap and shampoo, i was specting a bar soap and an small shampoo not a big one for everybody

I loved that the hotel was close to a veriaty of venues and all venues had delivery services. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with all services. The hotel was great in providing handicapped accessories. When I travel back to visit Monterrey NL Mexico. I have my preferred place to stay. For the money that I spent 9 days was great. keep up the great work Hotel 500.

The people working at the hotel are nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and new. The area is not the best but lots of good restaurants close and an oxxo one block away.

THE HOTEL WAS GOOD. DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS CHECKING IN. TV SERVICE COULD BE BETTER THEY ONLY HAD NETFLIX AND NO REGULAR TV PROGRAMS AVELIABLE.

Excellent location. Close to the Metro Station, stores and restaurants. Very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is a little bit noisy when they are cleaning the other rooms as they communicate on their walkie talkies. I would certainly come back though!

Muy bien solo que los colchones son un poco incómodos son demasiado suaves, No hay espacio o closet para guardar trajes. Espacios un poco reducidos.
