Albergo un po retrò

Sono arrivata nel tardo pomeriggio e non ho avuto modo di vedere le piscine termali visto che alle 19 chiudevano. L'albergo nel complesso non è male anche se, soprattutto la reception, è ancora vecchio stile. Le camere sono pulite ma non molto confortevoli. Ho cenato ma non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Il personale gentile e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente.

hotel vecchio e reception poco professionale

l'hotel è molto grande ma davvero tanto vecchio. la moquette puzza tantissimo in tutti i corridoi. le camere sono veramente spaziose confortevoli (letto davvero duro e comodo)e molto apprezzato è il fatto che venga dato gratuitamente l'accappatoio. piscine grandi ma gli idromassaggi sono tutti situati in un angolo di una sola piscina tutti stretti. ovviamente nelle ore piu' frequentate non si trova mai posto nelle bollicine e funghi d'acqua. personale gentile, simpatico ma molto molto poco professionale. le ragazze della reception soprattutto. quando stavamo andando via e abbiamo consegnato le chiavi ci hanno detto a male pena arrivederci. nessun:"grazie di averci scelto", "spero voi torniate presto da noi" , "o spero che sia stato tutto di vostro gradimento"......niente. zero. insomma. poca cortesia. non ci tornerò di sicuro.

Non proprio il massimo

Non é certo stata una esperienza del tutto positiva. In fase di check-in mi viene subito riferito che non c'é posto e che stavano proprio inviandomi una mail per annullare la prenotazione. A seguito di insistenza la stanza é saltata fuori. Per il resto tutto nella norma a parte le piscine ove il relax era versmente utopia e la pulizia piuttosto scarsa.

Week end tranquillo

Buongiorno, sicuramente positiva tenendo conto del rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale di sala e delle camere molto cortesi, un pochino meno le signore al ricevimento. Hotel un po' datato negli arredamenti. Sicuramente la moquette nei corridoi andrebbe rivista. Qualche stoviglia "sbeccata" e i piatti un pochino consumati. Pranzo e cena nella media. Camera in ordine.... ma un paio di ragnatele. Piscina esterna molto bella con i vari soffioni. Ci vorrebbe una "rinfrescata" generale e qualche miglioria. Nell'insieme un buon week end.

per un soggiorno breve, nella norma

L'hotel è posizionato leggermente fuori centro con bellissime passeggiate nelle vicinanze. LA grande struttura ha indubbiamente i suoi anni ma il personale è molto cortese, il servizio , la gestione parsimoniosa ma non mancava nulla a tavola ne a colazione. Le camere sono belle con balcone e bella vista, i bagni sono più datati ma puliti. Manca poco, a mio avviso per rendere l'albergo più "attraente" : Un po' più di luci nella hall, un sottofondo di musica per non sentire tutto quello che succede al ricevimento ( ecco importante per grandi spazi ) colori più chiari e tabellone il funzionamento delle cure, delle piscine, della palaestra, della grotta termale... si posso solo dire che non abbiamo affatto ricevuto informazioni per la parte termale. Le 4 piscine ( una per il nuoto, una interna comunicante con una esterna, e un'altra ancora esterna con giochi d'acqua e percorsi getti ) sono il punto forte con numerose cabine doccia, distributore acquea, asciuga costume...

Mostro di cemento in luogo sperduto

Solo al momento del saldo mi hanno detto che dovevo pagare l'accesso alle piscine. Nel complesso l'ambiente è molto degradato. Manutenzione generale scadente. Del tutto insoddisfatto del soggiorno. Una critica anche ai motori di ricerca per hotel: non sono esaurienti circa il costo del soggiorno e alla fine c'è quasi sempre la sorpresa.

RIP OFF with extra fees of 40% PLUS !!

The extra fees for the pool (which are listed when you can find them hidden way into the webite) were nearly 40 percent the price of the room!! So we paid 140 percent! Also they say on the website "optional fees." THEY ARE NOT OPTIONAL!! i not go back. Then you ALSO have to buy a bathing cap, special shoes for pool etc. This isn't liste either

Una notte di benessere ma troppe spese extra

Esperienza positiva in questa struttura. Avremmo gradito che il costo delle piscine , 20 euro a testa per l'ingreso oltre al costo della camera , fosse minore, anche se era compreso di set per l'ingresso. Set non completo: mancante di ciabatte e cuffia! Inoltre l'allungamento dopo le 11 della consegna delle camera di 30 euro è stato troppo elevato!!! Abbiamo fatto una sola notte, arrivati in hotel alle 19.00 cenato, in modo egregio, ma per poter rimanere più a lungo in piscina la mattina dopo la spesa sostenuta è stata veramente eccesiva!!!

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit muffigem Teppichböden und abgewohnten Möbeln. Bei der Abreise wird behauptet, dass die Rechnung nicht bezahlt wurde. Beweise wurden verlangt. Zum Glück war meine Schwester noch länger vor Ort. Sonst hätte ich ohne doppelt zu bezahlen nicht gehen können. Gebucht und bezahlt über Expedia.de. Habe ich dann von zu hause aus klären können.
