"Extremely clean, well appointed room & very friendly staff. It was nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room. The only complaint I have is that I didn’t know about the extra fee for using a credit card. I think it was 3.95%. It seems that more & more businesses are doing this these days. In my opinion it is a cost of doing business & the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it. How are you supposed to pay a hotel stay without a credit card? You can’t carry that much cash on vacation. "

"Check-in was DIY with my key inside an envelope with my name on it. Apparently, they didn't know I had checked in because I got a cell phone message around 10pm checking to see if I was still coming, but we had already checked in, had been in the room for five hours, and were asleep when the call came in. Other than that weirdness, the room was clean and perfect for a quick sleep before we headed on to Great Sand Dunes NP! Excellent value for the price!"

"Everyone at the front desk was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the area. They answered all my questions and made suggestions of what to places to visit. However, I must say, that the ladies in the dining area were exceptional! They made sure my fiancé and I had everything we needed, and were also attentive.
