Melhor estadia de Monte Verde

Super aconchegante, fomos passar o natal, estava muito chuvosa a cidade, mas em momento algum nos arrependemos, a pousada tem todo suporte para dias assim: sala com jogos, bilhares, pimbolins. Alem de uma sala com uma mesa para jode de cartas, dominó, um espaco separado com video game e um belo sofa junto. O cafe da manha é super recheado, varios tipos d pãos, sucos, bolos recheados, torta, queijos, frios, ovo mexido, salsicha no molho, pao de queijo, goiabada, doce de leite, além de uma garrafa enorme com cafe, leite, agua para chás, danones, sucrilhos, aveia e várias frutas. O quarto não da vontade de sair, tem lareira, um banheiro grande, a gente achou estranho ter 4 cobertores para cada cama, mas ja estão preparados pq a noite esfria bastante. O lugar é impecável de limpo, todos muito educados, mas tem uma pessoa que se destaca, pela gentileza e solicitude o sr. Donizete, um amor e pessoa.

O local é muito aconchegante, o Doni que é o gerente do hotel é uma pessoa fantástica, sempre simpático, ajuda em tudo, fornece dicas sobre a cidade e tem o maior prazer de trazer todos os hóspedes muito bem. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, até pamonha tem e iogurte com fermentação da fazenda.

Eu amei a estadia, lugar acolhedor em meio a natureza! Boa higienização, café da manhã tbm ótimo! Os recepcionistas Donizete e Wendel muito atenciosos e prestativos! Porém tivemos problemas com acessibilidade, tem uma escadaria na recepção e sem rampa, assim como para tomar café da manhã, 3 lances de escadas. Meus Pais que são de idade tiveram muita dificuldade!

Localização boa, valor bom, porém chuveiro elétrico conta gota, segundo dia pedimos limpeza, deixaram uma taxinha no chão que entrou no meu calcanhar e inflamou, levei a taxinha na recepção tinha um rapaz novo e a recepcionista o cara não deu a mínima como se fosse um fato normal, ou seja se fosse uma criança pisado na taxinha queria ver o escândalo…

Um lugar para lembranças...

O hotel é muito aconchegante e cheio de mimos para deixar os hóspedes muito à vontade. Casarão com quartos muito limpos, cama de casal super king, lareira, pátio interno muito bem conservado e cheio de decoração para boas lembranças. Local exuberante. Pousada aconchegante! Desde o recepcionista Donizete, aos demais funcionários, tudo se deu de forma excelente, e ainda contamos com a presença simpática e muito prestativa da Valéria, titular da hospedaria. Serviços condizentes com o padrão. Recomendo e pretendo voltar para uma temporada mais longa para hospedar-me nos charmosos chalés!
