「Our fist time experience with a castle hotel is pleasant. We arrived at a rainy day and thus a bit of difficulties in lifting our heavy luggage to the reception - you have to walk a few wet and muddy stone steps from the parking place. 「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). 「Fomos muito bem atendidos. Tudo perfeito, tivemos que fazer check in as 3:00 da manhã e foram muito receptivos, com atendimento excepcional. Restaurante excelente e atendimento ótimo.」

「Établissement intimiste, pas trop de chambres, du coup la taille du jardin et de la piscine est adaptée. Beaucoup de personnel aux petits soins, L’endroit est magique, très joliment décoré et laisse sans voix, ce n’est pas un hôtel dans lequel on séjourne, il s’agit d’une expérience que l’on vit.
