"Absolutely amazing experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming from start to finish. A special shoutout to the receptionists, Benjamin and Yohani—they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. I visited with my son, who loves the water, and this place was perfect for him! He was able to enjoy the beach freely while I felt completely at ease, not having to worry about strong waves. The water was crystal clear and very clean, which made it even more enjoyable. And the food—so many delicious options to choose from! Everything about our visit was wonderful. We truly had an unforgettable time and can’t wait to come back!"

"I love the building and its location. However, the front desk remains sub-par (I've stayed here several times). The only staff who are really service-oriented are the bellmen who are great - if you need anything work with them - reception, at the desk or on the phone are not as good as you would expect for a hotel of this profile. The hotel rooms can have problems - particularly the bathrooms, but these were addressed quickly. The restaurant food remains mixed, particularly for breakfast, wait staff are pleasant but not really on top of their game. The bar staff are good. This should be a 5 star hotel but it's not - service issues and room conditions make it 4 only."

"We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our visit. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The food was good, with enough variety to find something you enjoyed at every meal. One thing that could be communicated more clearly is the beach access. We knew the hotel was not beachfront, but we expected the beach arrangements to be easier to understand. During our stay, we discovered that Juan Dolio Beach is public, and we also learned through social media that access to the neighboring hotel’s beach facilities is only included with certain packages or room categories. That part was a bit confusing at first. Aside from that, everything was well organized, and we would definitely consider staying here again if we return to the area."
