「The room was very clean and service was wonderful. They provided a shuttle to get in and out of town. Wish there was a shuttle pick up in town - or an easy way to have the shuttle come into town - but I made it to my hotel eventually.」

「El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad.」

Le service de chambre pourrait être amélioré (remette des pod de café, et thé). Aucun service au bar de l’hôtel. Globalement bien mais ça parait que c’est la basse saison dans la région et que le service est réduit, les prix pourraient être ajusté en conséquence 」

「Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious in beautiful surroundings. There are a few free parking spots also just outside the hotel which is a plus if you are coming by car. The only improvement that I can think of is the breakfast. I feel there can be a bit more options for the breakfast.」

「10/10 The staff is incredible, so nice and attentive! The facility itself and the spa and the amenities are wonderful and all you need is there! The building and location is close to the train but also in the most beautiful setting and has incredible views! We loved everything! Can't wait to go back!」
