「We were greeted with an attitude at first. Although the website states pool is open we were told it was closed. Room was great clean very spacious. Food at the restaurant was awesome. Our waiter Lorenzo, did a great job! Would totally recommend staying here. 」

「Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is....
