「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「the hotel didn't put hair dryer at my room in accident. when I asked reception lady, she told me the house keeping is off and the hotel doesn't have spare one. it's really bad experience.... 」

「Very good location. 747 bus stop just across the street. Hotel is within short walking distance to Chinatown, Notre-Dame Cathedral/Old Montreal and Quartier des Spectacles. Many restaurants nearby. Our room on the 12 floor was clean, roomy, and quiet. There are 2 elevators in the building on both ends of the hotel. Friendly staff.」

「It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.」
