The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage. It’s a stylish hotel with a strong design aesthetic. 「在我這次Quebec City及Montreal的旅程中住了幾間酒店，這間酒店是全個行程最好一間！(包括價錢不便宜的Quebec City城堡酒店) 清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。 可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！」

「The property is well kept by folks that have been tending it for decades and it shows! The home itself is amazingly cozy and beautiful. The porch and the outdoor garden area are as beatific as the 170 year old home. Plenty of places to eat and drink that are walking distance from the property. The complementary breakfasts are something to behold. The food is made lovingly and with fresh ingredients. Waking to the smell of homemade crepes brought me so much comfort and joy during my brief stay....
