"Very clean room, the staff at the front desk is nice and professionnal and the room service guy is very polite and friendly. First time at this Hotel but not the last! Very nice view on the mall and the city."

"The staff and room were great. The parking isn't awesome - its a little complicated but once you are there for a couple days its all pretty simple. I was pretty disappointed with the pool being closed. I think hotels should update their postings or adjust pricing when their main amenity is not functioning. I stayed for the pool and it was unfortunately closed for maintenance. Outside of that - it was a great stay. Close to restaurants and Brossard is a great city!"

"It smells like old cigarettes, the sheets had dirty spots on them and so did the cushions. The bathroom is super tiny and the shower tiles are in ruins. There's like fluid spots all over that seems like they've been half cleaned. There are no outlets. I need to say one nice thing about the place and it's that the lady at the front desk was really nice and sweet."
