An ok hotel if you can get in

Our main issue was with the "unmanned" mode of operation during the day hours. Our hotels.com entrance code did not work and it took 45 minutes sitting on hold with Ibis to finally get someone on the other side to pick up and give us the entrance code. The room was clean though and the hotel is very inexpensive.

El terminal de reservas imprime las facturas muy pequeñas. Una toalla de la habitación estaba usada. Desayuno justito. Cama cómoda pero almohadas duras. Silencioso. Bien para una noche, no más.

La nuit il n'y a personne a l'accueil nous n'avons même pas croisé de vigile. L'arrivée se fait en toute autonomie mais le fait d'être dans un hôtel sans autre surveillance que des caméras la nuit devrait être signalé

Booking through hotels.com was very easy reservation was confirmed quickly. I was sent emails about checking in, I could check in using auto system. However, when I arrived at the hotel the system required booking reference. Unfortunately I had not been supplied with a booking reference. So I had to wait outside the hotel for over an hour before staff member turned up. The hotel itself though was very good.

Séjour agréable à Mont de Marsan

De passage à Mont de Marsan nous avons passé une nuit à Ibis Budget. Impossible de trouver mieux pour un si petit budget. Chambre confortable, sans bruit, propre. Petit déjeuner impeccable. A conseiller.

Nul, à éviter absolument !

Direction pas à l'écoute. Signalé problème de clim plusieurs fois, rien n'a été fait. J'ai des problèmes de circulation et j'ai besoin d'une chambre climatisée. J'avais réservé deux nuits, suite au manque d'écoute, je suis parti en fin de 1ère journée. Ils ne m'ont pas remboursé la deuxième nuit ! lamentable, nul.
