" Very courteous and helpful front desk clerk. Our room was spacious and kept clean and fresh with the lady in housekeeping. I talked to her several times going in and out and she was so nice! I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Baytown. Highly recommend "

"Every time I come down to Houston from my vacation home, I’ll stop at the Regency. It’s OK and the staff are awesome but just be careful with that little Indian lady in the front she is a handful. She talk mess, but she’s only trying to get everybody straightened up she act like she wanna be somebody mama everybody else cool "

"Everything was amazing from the wonderful service given by the young lady at check in. Don't mind any negative reviews! This hotel is clean and the service is great! The was the best stop I could have made off the 10 while traveling with family. Price was the best and so was the service. My daughters and I were blessed to receive a family suite, we had so much space and slept so well! It was also very quite and peaceful! The only thing I didn't give 5 stars on hear nothing to do with the staff, environment nor cleanliness it was just the breakfast. The breakfast is a corporate thing as this is what they offer at all hotels. Cereal, bread, eggs and waffles. The breakfast area was clean, neat and the staff continued to wipe as stations were used. I did not have interaction with the morning desk staff but the ladies in the dining area were pleasant and again the night desk clerk was amazing! I can't stress that enough, her attitude was welcoming, kind, cheerful, patient and ready to fix any issues or concerns! She literally should be the standard of all hospitality agents! Thank you all for an amazing stay! Me and my girls enjoyed and appreciated everything!"

"Took a gamble on this place, because the price seemed a little too good to be true, but I really enjoyed it! I’d definitely stay here again! The room was clean, with a full sized bath/shower. Air conditioner, and tv. Bed was super comfy as well. There’s a coin-op laundry facility, a snack bar at the front desk, and the breakfast was amazing! Scrambled eggs, sausage, grits/oatmeal, grill your own Texas-themed waffles, breads, and various drinks. Lot’s of space for dining as well. Very nice atmosphere, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It’s close to a highway, so you might need your own car, or a rental car to go places - depending on your travel style; but I had no issues having various UberEats deliveries there. I travel full time, and I think this place was an amazing value. I think the price is lower because it’s a bit out of the way - but because it’s right next to the highway, you can get anywhere pretty quick in your own car, or an Uber. Check-in was quick and easy, and the snack-bar fairly priced. I was there in late-fall, but I think this place would be really nice in the spring and summer too! There’s an open courtyard with tables, trees, and grass. Thank you, GreenTree!"
