"This is the first time I give out 1 star due to the terrible experience I had here.
1. Checked in around 11pm. Couldn't unlock my room's door. Reception reloaded my card key but still didn't work out. I had to ask her to change my room and finally it worked for the new room
2. Elevator is old. Sometimes don't open the door when it get to the floor you pressed, and had to manually press the open button to open the door, otherwise it'll just sit there with door closed.
3. My departure flight was 10:05. Reception suggested me to take 08:15 free shuttle bus. The bus didn't come until 08:40. Many guests were frustrated and nervous about the late. The driver didn't say anything about her delay. Reception just said the driver may come in any minuets and without any action.
4. Poor breakfast. Only scramble egg, sausage, bread, and one other dishes i forgot. Breakfast wasn't included in my package and i don't want to waste my money on it too.
